IP Country Style Spare Ribs Ingredients 3 Pounds Country Style Pork Ribs 3/4 cup Beef Broth 1/4 BBQ Sauce (I used Chile Sauce) Dry Rub 1 TBL brown sugar 1 tea each Salt Pepper Paprika Garlic Powder Onion Powder Cumin 1/4 tea Cayenne Pepper Instructions 1. In a small bowl mix the dry rub ingredients until well combined. Rub evenly on both sides of the ribs 2. Pour the broth into the IP. Add the ribs, pour the BBQ Sauce over the ribs. 3. Pressure cook the ribs for 45 minutes and have a 10-15 minute natural release when done 4. Remove the ribs and serve immmediatlely with extra sauce.
